What is Spreetail

Spreetail is an ecommerce company that currently operates VMInnovations, a multi-marketplace retailer that sells thousands of awesome products through major marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Spreetail is currently in the middle of building something big, new, and exciting due to launch in 2019 with a simple mission: to make customers’ lives better through exceptionally fast service, great products, and community impact.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Spreetail has recently expanded into two new offices based in Omaha, NE and Austin, TX with rapidly growing teams. We currently have hundreds of employees across the company, and are searching for crazy smart, talented, visionary people.

As the Leadership Development Program Lead:

• Create opportunity for our team members by equipping them to take on leadership roles.
• Work alongside managers at Spreetail to help them identify leadership talent in team members and accelerate their growth.
• Strategically forecast upcoming leadership roles and develop the right leaders for those roles.
• Facilitate classroom learning, coaching, and development opportunities, and also build a network of subject matter experts across the organization to support efforts.
• Provide opportunities for leadership experience, exposure, and education to those who are not yet in a leadership role.
• Coach and develop team members in a one on one capacity.

You must have experience with the following:

• Experience leading and developing a team of direct reports.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak to groups and facilitate an engaging learning environment. 
• Comfortable giving candid feedback and coaching.
• Learning and Development experience not required.
