We're looking for an Office Manager to own the daily operations of New Knowledge. Reporting to our VP of Operations, you’ll have a foundational role in shaping the office culture and creating new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, meetups, and conferences 

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to come up with new culture initiatives

  • Day-to-day running of a busy office: coordinate travel and visitors, maintain stocks of office supplies, oversee decorating and upkeep of the office space generally

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and assist with travel

  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services

  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in an HR administration, operations, or business generalist role

  • Proven track record of managing projects

  • You have a positive can-do, no-task too small attitude

  • You are someone who enjoys working hard to make sure details are taken care of smoothly and in an organized manner

  • You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • You thrive in an environment where you own the direction of your work, and feel a strong sense of accountability

  • You execute flawlessly on any task, big or small

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
