We're looking for an Office Manager to own the daily operations of New Knowledge. Reporting to our VP of Operations, you’ll have a foundational role in shaping the office culture and creating new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, meetups, and conferences
Collaborate with the VP of Operations to come up with new culture initiatives
Day-to-day running of a busy office: coordinate travel and visitors, maintain stocks of office supplies, oversee decorating and upkeep of the office space generally
Schedule meetings and appointments and assist with travel
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in an HR administration, operations, or business generalist role
Proven track record of managing projects
You have a positive can-do, no-task too small attitude
You are someone who enjoys working hard to make sure details are taken care of smoothly and in an organized manner
You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
You thrive in an environment where you own the direction of your work, and feel a strong sense of accountability
