The Receptionist/Office Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient operation of reception and the office in general. He/she will help to maintain a friendly and welcoming working environment.
Essential Functions
- Controls access to the building and maintains Facilities map
- Answers front door and greets visitors
- Handles badges for visitors and employees
- Maintains org charts and intranet phone book directory
- Coordinates FedEx shipping and pickups
- Receives IT hardware and secures them safely
- Coordinates and arranges meeting rooms and catered lunch for executives/management
- Assists management with expense reports and travel reservation.
- Assists projects for Sales and Marketing Team, e.g. letterhead mailing/printouts, Excel projects including Vcard scanning.
- Orders office supplies for the building
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years job related experience.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer operations skills are required.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused and extremely reliable
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain confidentially of employee information.
