What You'll Do
The Senior Manager - RMG Quality Excellence will play an integral role in defining and executing the RMG Quality Strategy. This individual will work with a large cross-section of functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to build a best-in-class quality team, refining our test strategies, and remediating issues as and when they happen. The individual will provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, mentor junior quality associates, and be the 'go-to' for testing and quality best practice.

Job Requirements (What you'll do)

  • Visible leader of cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of quality and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leads quality and performance analysis efforts that drive measurable quality improvements for the organization that results in continuous cost savings, reduced time to market, and increased customer satisfaction
  • Generates insightful reports for Senior Leadership that communicate the quality performance of products & services.
  • Creates/establishes effective frameworks that help the organization plan and design quality into the product development, delivery, and support cycle embracing the spirit of "Shift Left"
  • Provides quality leadership to the Program Reviews to proactively identify quality risks/concerns and escalate to delivery leads where necessary and identify resolution
  • Promotes customer/player-first mindset and frictionless cross-functional culture


Qualifications (What we're looking for)

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 10+ years relevant experience in Software, Software Quality, Software Testing, Product Quality for Mobile Apps, or similar
  • 5+ years leading a team or group function that supports software product quality, software testing, software product development or software product deployment
  • Understanding of industry-standard development, quality control, testing, automation, and quality assurance tools, processes, and best practices
  • Good understanding of the Mobile Gaming Industry is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership skills and passion for cultivating a culture of customer-first quality
  • This position may require some domestic and international travel
  • This position is based in Austin, TX (or Las Vegas, NV) and offers flexible work options
  • This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate
