About the Role
Do you live and breathe building scalable processes from the ground up? Have you built systems to support dozens of reps in a high-volume, transactional sale? Do you want to help a rapidly growing fintech startup scale to millions of dollars in revenue? If so, Shogun is looking for you!
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will own the design, implementation and support of key software and tools. You’ll balance strategic planning, software development and getting your hands dirty. You’ll use industry-leading tools to implement scalable process to support our growing sales and service teams. You will recommend initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and ensure your business partners have the information they need to manage performance.
Responsibilities
Maximize the utility and effectiveness of our Salesforce.com instance across the organization
Maintain Force.com applications, workflow/validation rules, notifications, campaigns, approval processes, and other business process automation needs
Support the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud & Service Cloud and Zendesk Suite platforms for development, training and production
Support computer-telephony integration (CTI) with the Truly Voice Platform and other ecosystem tools including Mozenda, Calendly and Hoopla
Development and implementation of process/procedures for data quality and control
User administration including account creation and deletion and access control
End-user training on Salesforce.com and other platforms including support for onboarding
Assist in other revenue operations duties including lead management, performance reporting and analytics
Assist engineering and product with integration of Salesforce.com to Shogun Mantle platform
Requirements
Salesforce Certified Administrator (SFA 201) or equivalent
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SFA 211) preferred
2+ years experience with CRM administration - preferably Salesforce Service Cloud
2+ years experience with internal support and business operations, preferably in a sales operations or IT help desk role
Expert knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem and best practices
Knowledge of Visualforce, Salesforce1 platform, SoQL and Force.com web services
Knowledge of project management & collaboration tools e.g. Slack and Asana
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with team members of differing levels and technical proficiency both cross functionally and within the Revenue Operations department.
Ability to prioritize multiple competing needs based on their impact to the overall business

Additional Salesforce.com Certifications: Application Architect, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
Knowledge of and experience in multiple Salesforce integrations and sales environments
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to success
Experience in an inside telesales or customer service environment
Experience with SaaS-based and subscription sales/revenue models
Experience with startups in high-growth mode
Experience with enterprise-software evaluation and platform migrations, esp to/from Salesforce.com bundles (Marketing/Sales/Service Cloud) and Classic/Lightning migration
Location
The role will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, and will be based in our Austin office.
