Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented Senior Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for building out a first-of-its-kind operations team within the Khoros Strategic Services organization.
We’re looking for an individual who thrives on crafting data-driven strategies and processes while also organizing people and resources to drive operational success. The ideal candidate has experience evaluating and understanding the dynamics and success drivers of a services-based or agency-like operation.
This role will be a trusted partner and advisor of senior leadership and work alongside them to develop strategic processes and programs that positively impact our business. Responsibilities
- Serve as the leader of the Operations team for Khoros Strategic Services, partnering with senior leadership, customer teams, and key business partners to drive efficiency and decision making
- Accelerate rhythm of the business and establish operational excellence across Khoros Strategic Services programs
- Manage process to consolidate and report on budgets, team utilization, and 250+ person resource management across global teams and cross-functional partners
- Drive team collaboration and communication to ensure achievement of shared outcomes and objectives
- Conduct ongoing business analysis and coordinate change management activities
- Maintain data accuracy to ensure successful completion and delivery of reports and dashboards
- Develop systems that allow for clear tracking of resources including both internal staff allocations and needs as well as all external expenses
- Lead financial and operational planning for fiscal year -- includes tracking against monthly and quarterly milestones
- Unify reporting across Salesforce and Domo
- Initiate, own and develop partner relationships to support customer projects
- Oversee the development of scopes tied to new business and renewal opportunities
- Manage relationships with FP&A, revenue operations and recruiting.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an analytics, program management or operations lead, analyst or equivalent
- Experience working in, or closely with, a large scale services and/or marketing team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem solving skills - ability to reach insightful, actionable answers without overanalysis
- Quick and high-quality presentation creation using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google equivalent products
- Keen sense for prioritization
- Strong written, verbal and graphic (slides) communication skills
- Experience with tools and frameworks to structure team thinking, collaboration and reporting
- Proficient with DOMO, Salesforce, GSuite, and Microsoft Excel
