This role is a hybrid of both a systems analyst with administrative responsibilities and an operations analyst who enhances and improves processes and workflows.
50% System Design, Administration & Implementing Systems
- Gather requirements from senior (SVP to directors) business leaders and understand gaps and opportunities in Pluralsight's system architecture and implement systems or workflows that enhance our internal processes.
- Own and develop robust and integrated systems in various revenue systems including SFDC, KnowledgeOwl, Gainsight, Zendesk, FinancialForce, Qualtrics, and other applications.
- Drive change management across the Revenue, Skills and Flow organizations through detailed planning, creating documentation, and strategy development and execution.
- Scope, validate, and create a recommendation for new operational tools and systems.
- Partnering with BizTech on provisioning of new employees, including granting new permissions of applications.
50% Operational Responsibility
- Strategize and executive initiatives with the guidance of senior (SVP to directors) business leaders to enhance team execution and effectiveness.
- Visualize and map out timelines for key projects to ensure cross-functional agreement on timelines, bottlenecks, and dependencies to ensure effective project execution.
- Collaborate with the Pluralsight data architecture and Enterprise Architecture teams. Creating and maintaining systems and reports following data and enterprise architecture's best practices.
- Find opportunities for process automation and optimization with a focus on scalability and significant growth.
- Salesforce reporting design recommendations.
- Staying up to date on best practices for support and any associated meaningful KPIs.
- Create and maintain documentation for supported systems
Experience you'll need:
- Experience working with technology teams and implementing systems in a high-growth organization.
- Experience building data workflow and process diagrams in tools such as LucidChart or Visio.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable University in a technical or business role or related field.
- Understanding of basic project management methodologies and principles.
- Experience using systems like: Zendesk, Knowledge Owl, Salesforce, Wrike, Trello, LeanKit, Jira, Confluence.
