About the Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, your primary responsibility will be to make sure we have the right product mix and volume on hand at all times, as well as optimizing quality, risks, cost and scale. You will also manage the operational aspects of new product launches

About You

Here’s a bit more about what you’ll do:

  • Ensuring that POs are created, managed and executed properly across all product categories in support of inventory targets. Ensure data accuracy in NetSuite ERP.
  • Hold weekly and/or bi-weekly open order review meetings with assigned suppliers/brand partners to ensure alignment on expected purchase order due dates and report status to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the company’s liaison with suppliers to build effective relationships, gather data on product & market trends and negotiation interactions. Also lead contract negotiations to deliver the best total cost of ownership to the organization.
  • Regularly complete business supply base analysis and other supply risk mitigation practices to limit company’s procurement exposure, determine areas for alternate sources and supply agreements as required.
  • Monitor, plan and execute in-house production/assembly orders for theme boxes, co-packing, and specialty assembly activities/programs in support of E-commerce desired inventory levels.
  • Review historical demand patterns and collaborate with SC demand planner/forecasting analyst in defining seasonal inventory trends.
  • Review, action and maintain target DOS/MOS inventory levels across all skus via Inventory DOS report.
  • Lead weekly New Product Introductions (NPI) status meetings with detailed tracking and timelines in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Product Development and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee all logistics functions including movement of all incoming goods to Sips by across all domestic and international supply partners.
  • Establish solid working relationship with existing logistics partners, evaluate service performance and execute cost reduction initiatives as applicable.
  • Coordinate logistics functions with freight forwarders and other Sips by logistics partners, provide recommendations for best-fit ship method for movement of all domestic and international goods.
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration with all groups – fulfillment, marketing, product development, brand partner team, customer support and other Sips by TEAm members

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Netsuite
