What You’ll Do
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of the corporate computing environment and end-user support of SecureLink. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with the VP of Technology and the Systems Engineering team to maintain the operational state of the corporate computing environment, including owning deliverables for moves, changes, and additions across the company.

- Systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Information security best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Linux, MacOS and Windows administration
- Working knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP protocol and services like DNS and DHCP as well as standard and next-gen firewalling
(Should Have)
- Competency with Active Directory and JAMF
- Familiarity with Collaboration tools and IP Telephony
- Familiarity with NAS protocols such as SMB (Samba) and NFS
- Linux shell programming (bash)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like OpenStack, AWS, and Azure
- Understanding of software architecture models, such as n-tier applications
- Knowledge of computing principles including new virtualization and clustering technologies
