Technical Support Analyst II – Billing and Dispatch
The TSA II Billing and Dispatch representative works mainly in the world of data and uses SQL intensively. You live and breathe it every day! You are someone who no matter the task is ready to come in and work cross-functionally within the business as well as with a long range of clients. You embrace individual challenges but also enjoy working with your team to get the job done. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager you will be part of our Billing and Dispatch team based in our Austin office.
What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day
· Report Development Based on customer requirements.
· Writing SQL queries which include DML, DDL commands using group by and order by
· Troubleshooting Windows logs and Application logs.
· Upgrade Customer Billing and Dispatch Software which includes taking a database backup.
· Responsible for migrating customer servers which include moving databases and application from old to new server.
Who You Are - the essentials
· Phenomenal technical support skills
· 2+ years’ experience with Windows Operating systems and Windows 10 (Experience with older versions is a plus)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· 1+ years of experience with SQL
Who You Are - the desirables (It’s a plus if you have):
· Report Development Experience
· Experience working in Billing and Dispatch.
