Technical Support Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction Interactive is seeking an experienced and talented Technical Support Specialist to aid our efforts in becoming an industry leader in the mobile app advertising and game space. You are responsible for ensuring correct product operation to our clients by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and coordination necessary to resolve requests in a timely and accurate manner.
With insight into integration best practices, collaboration from internal stakeholders, and awareness of customer pain-points, you will provide a voice for our partners and clients thus ensuring product solutions that provide sustainable customer value. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and Manage the Publisher/Developer onboarding and integration process
- Understand the ins and outs of technical integration methods and requirements
- Publish product and technical integration articles to be consumed by Developers (technical writing experience required)
- Train internal support teams and managers on product and technical requirements, which includes preparation and presentation of training materials
- Define success metrics for Publisher Onboarding for quarterly review and analysis
- Establish a Developer Support Process using Salesforce (experience building processes in Salesforce or a related CRM/support software required)
- Facilitate regular trainings with internal support & publisher facing personnel to enhance front-line employee product knowledge
- Participate on occassional prospecting and onboarding calls as the integration and technical specialist
- Write troubleshooting, how-to and integration articles for internal documentation
- Lead technical calls to explain, clarify, understand complex issues and drive solutions for our clients
- Train new hires both for the Technical team and Business teams
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with a technical focus
- Experience working in iOS, Unity, and Android mobile app projects prefered
- Experience working with REST APIs required
- Salesforce Admin/Developer Experience
- Strong Technical Acumen
- Ability to manage the needs of multiple internal stakeholders
- Strong process management experience
- Experience effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical people (you may have been called a data geek once or twice in your life… and you happen to like talking to people).
- Track record of working cross-functionally with technical and business owners in order to support successful implementations.
