Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and manage a global team of +75 consultants in a rapidly growing practice of both consulting delivery and Professional services
• Oversee services P&L looking to grow and expand current consulting practice from current $12M/yr practice to by 30-40%
• Responsible for delivering margin and utilization industry standards  
• Build and generate Professional Services pipeline selling into HotSchedule clients and prospects
• Explore and build out new services revenue streams

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of software consulting experience, specifically in consulting services and Professional Services sales
• Experience with Inventory, Cash Forecasting, ERP, Strongly preferred
• Management experience with global teams
• Consistent track record of achieving / exceeding sales quota
• Strong executive presence very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CFOs
• Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
• Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
• Focused on selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features & functions
• Ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client

• Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
• Willing to do domestic and international travel as needed
