Overview
In this role you will support the organization to enable the development of healthy and happy product development teams that build awesome customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Advise the organization on strategy to establish appropriate portfolio management priorities and practices, working with senior leaders in Product, Engineering and Strategy roles to implement organizational and behavioral change.
Coaching and mentoring of globally distributed Product and Engineering teams, developing context appropriate guidance and learning plans that enable improvement.
Be a product development change agent and advise on tools, techniques and practices to drive organizational performance.
Be a cultural ambassador for the Engineering organization, championing and promoting progressive practices and behaviors to the organization and to the broader software development industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a product development context, working with large scale, distributed engineering teams.
First hand experience working in both waterfall and agile contexts as an engineer, product owner or analyst.
6+ years of agile coaching experience, with experience in key frameworks and tools (eg Scrum, Kanban, XP, story-mapping, product canvas, etc).
Ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
3+ years coaching experience with teams that are new to Lean/Agile culture.
Agile Coach certification (eg ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF or ICE-AC)
Proficiency with multiple team collaboration and ideation tools (eg JIRA, MS Azure, Aha!, Mural).
Experience developing learning curricula and training materials.
Experience delivering engaging learning events both in person and remotely.
