Job Description

Sprinklr focuses on a Speed-to-Value approach driving software capability expediently into our Customer’s hands, to produce measurable value.  Sprinklr has a dual approach around consulting services leveraging both internal resources as well as collaboratively with the top professional services organizations to bring product value to our Customers,  and drive CXM transformation. We are looking for a superstar Partner Engagement Manager with significant software implementation and delivery leadership experience, working along-side strategic partners, while developing/educating others on best practices, and growing the partner capabilities, to join our team.

This role is responsible for growing strategic partners delivery capabilities both onshore and offshore, creating joint partner and Sprinklr best practices, evangelizing technology, tools, and approaches, and helping to ensure successful customer delivery on joint accounts. The right person will play a key role in energizing a vibrant partner community to accelerate the realization of our customers’ business and technology transformations.

Your Impact

  • Develop joint business, enablement, and delivery plan with Strategic Partners and deliver against joint targets.  Shepherd Partner services deals through the GTM cycle to closure.
  • Material impact on joint Partner business development and sales activities
  • Influence Strategic Partners to grow a trained dedicated Sprinklr practice keeping pace with Sprinklr growth that will enable them to drive digital transformation at their clients.  Facilitate partner training and Sprinklr certification
  • Build global delivery capabilities within the partner that follow and internalize Sprinklr best practices and methodologies and have positively measurable partner and customer satisfaction scores
  • Improve the number of Partner lead engagements and high level customer health
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and Sprinklr best practices 
  • Provide delivery oversight around partner lead engagements.  Bring in Sprinklr expertise when needed, resolve product issues via liaising with Product Engineering. Escalation channel to Sprinklr and partner leadership around implementation concerns.

Top Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Software integration experience, ideally of which 5 years experience are Global SI management related.
  • Project implementation methodology expert, PMO specialist, PMP certification highly valued
  • Proven success in developing a partner program within a Services organization
  • Sprinklr product knowledge highly preferred
  • A passion for customer business outcome based delivery and delivering on transformative projects with Strategic Partners
  • Exceptional track record and ability to operate in complex co-sell/delivery model, collaborate, and build relationships with partners (both business and technical) and the internal account team
  • Strong track record of selling and delivering services/solutions from a vendor into a variety of industries in a co-delivery model, with experience in leading the requirements gathering, scoping, and effort estimation exercise and delivery until go-live
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills.
  • Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
  • Experience in creating outstanding responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and evangelizing key areas of focus for selection criteria
  • Sprinklr product knowledge an advantage
  • Travel as required - 40-50%

Position Deliverables:

30 Days

  • Attend Sprinklr product training, come up to speed on Sprinklr sales messaging, delivery methodology, value proposition, platform capabilities, Primary Business Use Cases 
  • Assess current partner's pipeline and delivery capabilities, understand current partner account engagement processes
  • Build and operationalize partner program, including GTM, TAM, IP, budgets, deliverables, ensuring every partner engagement is delivered with quality
  • Shadow Account Executives, Engagement Managers, and Alliances Sales in partner services meetings
  • Serve as primary point of contact for field escalations 

60 Days

  • Obtain Sprinklr product certification across all 5 products
  • Identify gaps in partner delivery capabilities and augment with training and shadowing subject matter experts
  • Work collaboratively with Partner leads to accelerate partner engagement and ecosystem growth against Partner Services targets
  • Lead joint, strategic planning with partners, focusing attention beyond current opportunity/engagement
  • Be the conduit between the Customer, Sprinklr Services, Partners, and Sprinklr Engineering to deliver successful implementation engagements

90 Days

  • Evangelize Sprinklr ability to deliver business outcomes and our delivery methodology
  • Contribute to enhance our delivery methodology and services practice
  • Actively contribute to the partner’s strategic plan and influence the growth of their Sprinklr Services business
