Our Health Habits team is on a mission to shift healthcare away from sick care and towards prevention by predicting what actions will have the most impact on a member’s health and empower members to achieve goals around these actions. This is a difficult task, but we are confident we can achieve our mission and enable Babylon’s 10+ million members to have more healthy days at home.

You will be leading the team responsible for giving members the tools, opportunity and motivation needed to achieve their health goals. You will also be responsible for the Health Habits product area, mentoring 1-2 product managers and ensuring that all pieces of our Health Loop are working together to provide more value than the sum of their parts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management experience in solving problems globally
• Track record of creating engaging experiences that users return to 
• Exposure at various stages including early-stage startups, scale-ups, and mature products
• Experience working on new product ventures or greenfield initiatives, and the ability to prove or disprove assumptions
• Experience identifying and developing partnerships
• Ability to communicate and articulate your product vision to your stakeholders in both verbal and written forms, and getting their buy-in
• Excellent customer experience intuition, and demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products
• Track record of rolling up your sleeves and delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to work on a diverse team spread across multiple geographies and time zones
• Great analytical and quantitative skills, experience using data and metrics to prove or disprove hypotheses, and measure success
• Exceptional attention to detail in identifying, analyzing, and solving ambiguous problems
• Ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment by juggling competing priorities simultaneously
• Mentorship of product managers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
