We are known as a product-oriented company, and it is crucial to ship out leading and innovative products to scale our business. We have dozens of new ideas and plans on how to take our business to the next level. We are looking for a remote super-consultant who brings us external product business experience and will help to validate and share new ideas, concepts, and forecasts with different scenarios as our Product Advisor. We are not looking for a person who has all the ready solutions, but for a passionate expert to share our ideas, concerns, and to think of answers together.
Tasks in the role

  • Working closely with the company's VP of Apps and Innovations.
  • Providing focused, comprehensive, pragmatic product and business advice and support according to global best practices.
  • Suggesting change management strategies and plans based on your experience.
  • Sharing ideas for forecasting for 3-5 years using different scenarios.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions to improve inconsistencies and gaps.


Examples of projects to discuss

  • How to build and evaluate the effectiveness of unit structures and align their process within the organization.
  • How to set up a process of continuous innovation and grow start-ups inside the organization.
  • How to diversify revenue from main products by new monetization approaches, new products, and so on.


Who we are looking for

  • Person with a broad horizon and wide network who knows in theory and in practice how to solve different types of problems by designing org structure, building relations within the company, achieve personal and company goals.
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of CPO/CSO/Senior VP experience.
  • Experienced in business change management or transformations in executive positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
