What You'll Do
As a Product Manager for Endpoint, you will play a key role in driving Duo’s Zero Trust strategy. In a Zero Trust environment, it is crucial to understand the security context of a device when a user attempts to sign-in to a business application or resource. As a result, you will be responsible for extending Duo and Cisco’s ability to protect access based on the device security using data collected by Duo, Cisco and 3rd party products, while ensuring a seamless authentication experience for the end-user. In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders from engineering, design, customer success, sales, and senior management and other Cisco product teams to execute on your vision.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize use cases based on shared endpoint information from Cisco and 3rd party products.
- Extend Duo Policy control based on Cisco and 3rd party information.
- Enable Cisco and 3rd party products to consume and make access decisions based on endpoint information collected from Duo
- Assess and define the optimal tradeoffs between access security and end user experience for corporate-owned and personally-owned devices
- Own inbound and outbound APIs that enable Duo, Cisco and 3rd party products to enforce access control based on device metadata
- Collaborate with technical marketing and documentation teams to publish example use cases
Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of Duo’s product strategy. As PM’s, we are responsible for delivering the best experience of our end users and as the product expert, you must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication while being accountable for driving quality and adoption.

We Are Cisco
#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference. Here’s how we do it.
We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses. Some may think we’re “old” (30 years strong!) and only about hardware, but we’re also a software company. And a security company. An AI/Machine Learning company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns and protects. No other company can do what we do – you can’t put us in a box!
But “Digital Transformation” is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)
Day to day, we focus on the give and take. We give our best, we give our egos a break and we give of ourselves (because giving back is built into our DNA.) We take accountability, we take bold steps, and we take difference to heart. Because without diversity of thought and a commitment to equality for all, there is no moving forward.
So, you have colorful hair? Don’t care. Tattoos? Show off your ink. Like polka dots? That’s cool.
