Product Manager, Integrations

TrustRadius is looking for a Product Manager to lead and own a strategic area of the product portfolio. Integrations are a critical part of our product offering, and this role will drive our product strategy for new and existing integrations and partnerships. You will spend time with customers to understand their needs, and will balance strategic analysis with outstanding execution holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering successful outcomes. You will validate your ideas and can bring concepts to life with your team, and you will break down complex problems to deliver value to our customers. You will develop a product vision for integrations at TrustRadius and you will execute to make that vision a reality.

What You Bring

• Vision: you are able to comprehend where the product is today, and advocate for where it can go to deliver great experiences for our customers.
• Customer Focus: you obsess about the customer experience and bring strong customer empathy to drive product direction and execution. 
• Planning: lead participation in planning with internal and external stakeholders; you are able to drive alignment and execution with outside partners to meet the needs of our users.
• Clarity: you can translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements.
• Influence: you have the ability to partner with other teams and outside partners to prioritize your product roadmap. 
• Product experience: experience with planning and executing on a strategy and roadmap for APIs, integrations, and partnerships.

You Have

• 2-3 years of product management experience at a prominent technology company.
• Previous experience building APIs and working with third party integrations.
• Previous experience evaluating strategic technology integrations to support customer and business outcomes.
• Excellent partner management and communication skills. 
• Previous experience working with data to assess opportunities, solve challenges, and drive decision making. 
• Business orientation: you understand business goals and convert them into clear product plans with successful execution.
• Growth mindset: you seek opportunities to learn, develop your talents, and take feedback to grow in your role.
• You can balance short-term revenue goals with long-term vision, sticking to deadlines.
• Experience adopting product management best practices and concurrently managing multiple plans while remaining optimistic.
• Experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
