The Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will help lead the effort to create the Direct-to-Consumer platform for Acrisure’ s Digital Innovation Team.
As part of the Digital Team, you will work directly to transform our current business and technology capabilities and pave the way for best-in-class insurance solutions. You be part of a group of cross-functional members to deliver on the Digital Platform team's mission. You will be a dedicated partner to other Technology and Business members as you help define a target state, roadmaps and identify new and emerging technologies that will transform and optimize the business.
As a Product Manager on the Digital Innovation Team you will drive the roadmap definition of our developer platform. You have demonstrated skills working both inside and outside the department to coordinate highly technical teams to deliver safe, and simple workflows for our developer community, and a reliable, highly available platform at scale for millions of users. As a successful candidate, you are results-driven and bring strong Architecture and engineering skills and a deep understanding of modern technologies including Cloud-native, APIs, AI, and ML. You are a person of high integrity, who believes in challenging the status quo when needed, while always first seeking to understand.
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and requirements through strategic discovery, utilizing technical thought leadership, discussing industry best practices, and then delivering a technical solution that meets or exceeds the business need – including non-functional specifications, enablers, 3rd party requirements, and delivers the documented business value.
Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact:
- Work closely with the engineering managers and architects of the Developer Platform Engineering teams to define product goals and requirements
- Engage with our stakeholders - build strong relationships and to understand their current and future needs
- Support the development of detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
- Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key blockers, and establish appropriate resolution paths
- Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning
- Communicate concisely and influence outcomes. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.
- Understand digital insurance customer needs; identify and define product requirements. Your focus will be to give our customers a best-in-class experience by understanding their world and delivering a top-rated customer solution.

You may be fit for this role if you:
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in CS, CE or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and motivational skills with an attention to detail
- A self-starter attitude: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively and ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
- Solid understanding of different software stack models
- Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile – Extreme programing, writing user stories, and test-driven development) and continuous deployment tools (e.g. Jenkins).
