What You'll Do:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for establishing the vision, strategy and priorities to drive success for the application intelligence products inline with the company mission: To Simplify Technology Management for Humankind.
The ideal candidate digs technology (be it IT systems or not), learns customer pain points, understands fast moving competitive landscape and drives roadmap to successful delivery. You gain deep understanding of how LM works now, where we are going and learn to bridge the gap through strategic and tactical prioritization. You have worked on commercial or open-source application performance management (APM) tools. You are well versed on what it takes to be a good PM and can be a mentor to those new to the game.
This role collaborates closely with other LM product managers, engineering, business operations, sales, product marketing, design, and other cross-functional teams to build or enhance a suite of LM product offerings that help our customers succeed in achieving their business objectives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelors Degree required; MBA, CS or CE degrees preferred
- 2+ years product management experience at a software company- UX Monitoring experience strongly preferred
- Detail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasks
- Demonstrated success delivering features, products, and/or improvements
- Expert level experience of agile development practices and their application in the real world
- Ability to articulate feature road maps and prioritization to internal and external customers
