The Role:
We're on a mission to make it possible for every jobsite, project team, and company to be able to leverage the images they're capturing every day to provide the much-needed visibility into construction. Construction may use some amazing equipment and tools to build, but most builders still can't answer the question of what got done today or are we on track. At StructionSite, we want to change the way construction plans and builds buildings.
We've been working on this together since 2016, and have helped build countless stadiums, hospitals, high rises, schools, and more. The way we currently build can't keep up with the demands of the current market. The craft labor force is dwindling. The construction industry is ripe for change. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new team members to join us who are ready to take on a new and different problem.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our mission to automate the construction industry. You will lead initiatives across our core product including the web and mobile applications.
What you'll do:

• Work with your engineering, design, and analytics partners to execute on your team's roadmap
• Help shape the direction, influence product strategy, and establish practices to address customer needs
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve all of our goals.
• Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans, manage the backlog
• Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process
• Continuously analyze customer feedback to incorporate it into the product
• You strive to understand the customer's perspective and can do the work necessary to understand and empathize with them
• Ruthlessly prioritize our backlog to make sure we're always working on features that move the needle for our customers and the business
• Whatever it takes to keep your team shipping and successful
• You get things done, you're a problem solver, and love to simplify problems
• Tirelessly advocate for our customers

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Experience building mobile and web products
• Education and/or experience related to computer science in a production environment
• 3+ years of Product Management or relevant entrepreneurial experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
• You're a creative thinker who loves working with designers and engineers on great user experiences
• A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor
• Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer's problems
• You connect to the dynamic nature of working in a startup
