Role Description

Dropbox’s Integrated Marketing team activates the global programs, tactics and initiatives that drive new ARR growth and improve retention across all of our Home and Business solutions. Because Dropbox's digital-first approach to all campaigns, the effective and efficient management and operations of our digital platforms is critical for success, requiring significant cross-functional work across the IT, Product/Growth, Marketing and Content teams.

This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished digital experience leader to conceptualize, build and evolve engaging, conversion-focused digital experiences in support of Dropbox's growing Marketing and business needs. The Sr. Web Producer will lead the definition of web experiences for logged out visitors on DBX digital surfaces, the development and evolution of all aspects and components of those experiences, the optimization of those experiences via user testing and business data, and resolve technical issues in partnership with Engineering and ITS. You will leverage colleagues on the Web Team and cross-functional teams to: define target audiences/personas and critical aspects of associated online experiences, optimize all sections of the logged out visitors’ updates to existing pages for campaign launches, programs and initiatives.

You should have extensive prior experience with CMS systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as an understanding of how to author landing pages within an existing design aesthetic, while keeping the page on strategy and on brand. This role will lean heavily on deriving consumer learnings from research and online behavioral data, user journey mapping, Digital Marketing, so ideally you will have experience in these areas. Also, you should have experience defining and driving adherence to web standards.

The Sr. Web Producer will advocate for our users and our business, setting the vision for facilitating visitor/customer choice from among our growing family of products. We use data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal, balancing diverse perspectives and empowering our teams to do great work. As we scale globally, there’s plenty of space for you to grow alongside us and simplify life for millions of people around the world in a team that always focuses on we, not I, and creates delightful products that are worthy of trust. You will be relied upon to manage the end-to-end creation, development and delivery process of complicated experiential projects, digital installations, and interactive apps in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Perks + Benefits

In order to be successful in our Virtual First environment we needed to make changes that would allow employees to have more control over both where and how they work. Therefore, we embrace “non-linear workdays” with defined core collaboration hours that overlap across time zones. Beyond that, we encourage employees to design their own schedules to balance collaboration with needs for individual focus. We’ve also moved from “all day syncs” to an “async by default” culture, reserving meetings for discussion, debate, and decision-making, and handling all other work in our deep focus hours.
