Sales Representative - Profile Reach:

If you’re interested in building your career as a strategic sales professional, this could be the role for you. Our Sales Rep - Profile Reach build customer relationships and are a key factor in helping with after point of sale revenue. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent OE to these strategic audiences, support the day to day business activities.

What you will do:

  • Make a set number of dials per day to existing customers, manage and upkeep a pipeline
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy, help implement the Profile Reach go to market strategy
  • Participate/Lead in ongoing sales trainings and meetings
  • Organize and maintain your sales funnel through Salesforce; entering detailed notes on
  • Schedule a set number of qualified meetings to ensure the success of your sales quota
  • Use a customer-focused, value oriented consultative sales approach to educate customers on what Profile Reach is and will meet their business needs
  • Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing Salesforce to document progress
  • Must be flexible, able to embrace change and learn new sales techniques
  • Proactive, well-organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Have a passion for selling and a true “Hunter” mentality
  • Close business to achieve, if not exceed monthly metrics

What you should have:

  • Desire to help build a team from the ground up
  • At least 1 year of inside sales or sales support -- cold calling
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be highly self-motivated
  • A quick learner, motivated to learn new things ranging from the sales process to sales technique to, new software.
  • A genuine desire to learn sales and a strong drive to develop a promising career
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the day
  • Customer focused approach and an ability to overcome objections to schedule demonstrations
  • Impeccable communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organization skills
