The Global Compensation Manager will be responsible for supporting our global cash and equity compensation programs, supporting and influencing leadership, and ongoing administration of policies, programs and processes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead benchmarking activities including survey participation, coordination with survey vendors, data analysis and base salary, incentive and equity structure development. Provide ad hoc market analyses as needed for current and new jobs.
- Provide analytical and administrative support for global base pay, incentive and equity programs.
- Advise managers, providing recommendations on compensation matters in support of business goals and ensuring market competitiveness.
- Develop and present training materials to proactively educate business partners, team members and leadership on new or revised programs, and in support of improving awareness and management of programs.
- Support the annual focal review process including budget planning, communication, training, and execution.
- Manage bonus tracking and payment processes by calculating bonus amounts, providing summaries and detailed documentation to management.
- Review proposed salary adjustments and recommend rational actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Support and influence maintenance of Workday Compensation module.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation and / or related experience.
- Must have the ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish, including needs assessment, analysis, solution design and implementation.
- Must demonstrate ability to focus on solving business problems, requiring judgment, and influencing skills.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail, drive for data integrity and strong planning, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to coordinate with, influence and maintain effective working relationships with others at job levels above and below your own.
- Must be able to use discretion in handling confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Must be comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Advanced skill level in Excel strongly preferred.
- Experience with Workday preferred. Interest in learning more required.
- Experience with Radford Surveys strongly preferred.
- Global experience preferred.
- Humility and a sense of humor preferred.
