Job Description

This person will be responsible for handling day-to-day project management and communication between various departments/products in a fast-paced operational environment. The role will primarily support the Engineering and Product departments initially, however may quickly expand.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day execution of all projects
• Manage internal and client teams' expectations
• Form trusted relationship with internal cross-functional teams 
• Provide strategic and constructive feedback to cross-functional teams
• Lead complex projects or programs, delivering quality work on-time and on-budget while managing associated timelines
• Ability to adapt quickly to solve problems for leadership and internal teams 
• Flawlessly manage multiple projects
• Proactively identify and implement process/resource efficiencies
• Know when and how to escalate operational, resource, budget or timeline issues
• Develop project approaches and drive scope management 

Communication Expectations:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess high attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Detail-oriented

Experience: 

• A minimum of 5 years' experience required
• Interactive experience should include exposure to website design and development
• Familiarity with Agile processes and best practices is a plus
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills are a must
• CSM or other foundational agile certifications is a plus

Time Commitment / Travel Requirements

• Contract 
• Startup hours, which includes some nights/weekends
