The Role:
AlertMedia is looking for a Senior Agile Program Manager. This role provides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills supporting the agile development process and delivery of our applications in a CI/CD environment. This position is highly responsible and accountable and will challenge the teams and strive for improving best practices.

You're a meticulously organized Jira expert with the ability to speak to previous in-house SaaS experience in a Scrum-Master or similar role.

What you will do:
Support the product development teams responsible for building and supporting features in our products in a Scrum Master/Project Management capacity
Direct activities across cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them.
Inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and maximize the value created by the development teams.
Conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc. for the development teams.
Coordinate keeping all project artifacts up to date in systems like Confluence and JIRA, also responsible for creating project monitoring tools to avoid project pitfalls.
Escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.
Become an expert in the AlertMedia platform and tools, and its uses for our customers
Use strong verbal and written communication skills in collaboration with other engineering and product teams
Contribute to AlertMedia’s culture, values and vision for the future
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 plus years experience of software/technology experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
2+ years of experience in an Agile Program Management, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager role
Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
Expert level experience with JIRA/Confluence is a must
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage working on multiple projects in parallel
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
