Gleantap is a customer engagement platform that helps member-based local businesses such as health & fitness studios drive engagement and retain more customers through smart messaging. We are a startup based in Austin, Tx and have been growing rapidly through pandemic. Health & Fitness are already seeing dramatic boom and we are at the center of it enabling the small studios all the way to big box gyms get smarter with customer engagement.

Gleantap owns a product called Mastera (https://mastera.io) which is an online coaching platform for coaches, teachers & creators. We are looking to hire a growth marketer that can own the entire funnel and drive new clients on the platform through paid, organic and other means.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and develop opportunities to drive business growth
  • Test and implement marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
  • Analyze market data and user feedback from campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc. to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Propose creative new projects to attract and convert prospects and capture existing demand
  • Provide subject matter expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities
  • Replicate successful strategies at scale and in new markets.
  • Work closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
  • Report on initiatives and projects to management
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and insights

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years experience with progressive responsibility
  • Successful record of growth implementations and interventions
  • Expertise in marketing, online strategy, user experience, and business development
  • Skilled at A/B testing, web metrics, web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • Able to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
