 About the Position 

Under guidance, the Account Director will be responsible for generating new/repeat business and act as a liaison for SubjectWell.  They will assist with defining partnership success, produce analysis of partner activity and planning, aggregate feedback and explore new strategic opportunities.  This role will be responsible for supporting business-wide strategic alliance initiatives by creating and developing relationships.  This role will educate targets on SubjectWell services and build strong relationships throughout the designated accounts highlighting SubjectWell’s strengths and promoting SubjectWell as the choice recruitment partner.  This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development. 


Responsibilities

  • Own strategic alliances and growth of existing accounts 
  • Establish new business with target Partner Accounts 
  • Drive development of joint sales and marketing collateral, white papers, best practices, web content, press releases, case studies, articles, and other materials 
  • Work collaboratively across SubjectWell to define solutions for customers 
  • Identify customer needs and challenges 
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities related to potential projects requiring recruitment services for target accounts 
  • Effectively obtain requests for proposals 
  • Develop strategic account plans 
  • Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partners 
  • Develop, document, and refine processes to ensure consistent collaboration within the Salesforce system to accurately capture engagement activities and results 


Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of work experience in Clinical Research space, strategic partnership experience, including 3+ years of similar partner facing experience 
  • Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills – with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management 
  • Analyze potential opportunities and develop strategies to support increasing SubjectWell awareness and engagement with target partners 
  • Experience defining, developing and leading large accounts in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to manage and fully integrate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing, and follow-up to expand relationships and business opportunities
