Account Executive

Who you are:

As an Account Executive (known internally as Clinical Partnership Director), you’re responsible for seeking out new partnerships and communicating Iris Telehealth’s value add of providing underserved communities with access to the best mental health specialists and prescribers. You’re an expert at prospecting, running discovery calls/demos, negotiating, and maintain a proven track record of closing new business. To be successful in this role you will understand how to go after new business and build relationships with potential customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead business acquisition with new healthcare partners
    • Drive the sales of Iris services and navigate to key DM’s
  • Manage personal pipeline and effectively articulate progress towards key sales goals
  • Directly manage full sales cycle from prospect creation, value proposition, negotiation and deal closure, utilizing a methodology and sales strategy for your target market
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key DM’s that create high-value business partnerships delivering mutual benefit
  • Indirectly manage Business Development representative(s) to supplement prospect creation and develop targeted account lists
  • Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate
  • Tradeshow and territory visits
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
  • 35-50% travel

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ experience successfully selling medical, software, SaaS, and/or PS
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • A history of consistent quota over-achievement in highly competitive markets

Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities – Zoho and SFDC a plus!

 This is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
