Position Summary:

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with client companies.  In this role, you will research, identify and make calls to prospects on behalf of our temporary services division.  Your goal is to build long term partnerships with companies by visiting their offices, educating clients on our service offerings, gaining an understanding of their staffing requirements and working with a team of recruiters to refer appropriate candidates for open positions. A successful account executive will meet or exceed weekly phone call goals, client meeting goals and job order goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Sell our company and our services to prospects via cold calls, warm calls and email outreach.
  • Research and identify potential client companies
  • Educate companies on the value of our service as well as benefits and competitive advantages of our firm
  • Visit client companies to learn more about work environment and culture fit
  • Go beyond the basic job descriptions to gain a deeper understanding of job openings. Discuss the needs of  hiring managers, including skillset, environment fit, professionalism/polish, etc
  • Establish and develop relationships with all contacts and decision makers at client companies
  • Maintain organizational standards as it relates to tracking and documenting personal sales activity
  • Attend networking and industry events to meet with hiring prospects
  • Utilize social media, professional associations, industry groups, etc. to expand network
  • Enter, maintain and update prospect and client information in our erecruit database
  • Negotiate all terms and conditions, including fees, pricing, and contract terms related to temporary staffing services directly with clients
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters to identify the best available candidates for open positions
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring contacts and work to fill open positions by highlighting your candidates strengths
  • Establish and facilitate interview processes on behalf of your clients and candidates
  • Discuss job offer details with client contacts and coordinate with the recruiting team to present terms to candidates
  • Educate clients on current hiring market and trends
  • Maintain consistent contact with clients regarding performance of contractors
  • Demonstrate an understanding of all BHSG divisions to best serve our clients by cross selling and educating them on our various divisions and office locations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen as well as you speak
  • Customer service orientation required to develop meaningful long term relationships with clients
  • Effective time management skills that allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
