Account Manager

As an Account Manager 70% of your time will go towards acquiring new accounts through creative outbound marketing campaigns, and 30% of your time will focus on dedicated to retention and development.


Your Role on Our Team

Serve as point of contact for all customer account management and relationship matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships introducing the Headspring team for redundancy

Prospect and acquire new business on a regular cadence ensuring a consistent pipeline of new clients and projects for Headspring

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

Creatively and aggressively negotiate all sales opportunities for immediacy and the best possible Headspring profitability

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by working with service delivery

Log all sales related activities in Salesforce in a timely manner

Research of all prospective clients via Rainking, Marketo, LinkedIn, etc.

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Assist in preparation of reports on account status (QBR) for review with the greater Headspring support team

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and acquisition strategies


What You Bring to Our Team

Previous enterprise software sales experience 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels

A solid understanding of consultative sales solutions, contract structure options and the complexity associated

Solid experience with CRM tools like Salesforce

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple accounts while maintaining a keen eye on details

Effectively communicate the Headspring value proposition, opportunity next steps, market dynamics, tendencies, and trends within an account

A Self-starter mentality and team player
