We are seeking a tenacious Business Development Representative to join our North America sales team in Austin, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and qualify leads that will fuel our growth as an organization. This role is for the foundational member of the BDR team in North America with ample opportunity to influence the operation as we scale.

The ideal candidate: 

Will... 

● Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales goals each month 

● Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging 

● Engage eCommerce professionals via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business challenges and share how Linnworks can help 

● Generate new business opportunities to fuel Linnworks’ growth 

● Respond to inbound requests for information and route the conversations appropriately 

● Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and take on additional tasks needed to scale the sales organization 

● Maintain a clear and detailed record of key sales data through our CRM system 

● Continuously develop your knowledge of our product, industry, and sales process 

● Demonstrate our desire to help clients sell better 

● Develop sales materials and collateral to continually improve the efficiency of sales

Has... 

● Bachelor’s degree 

● 1+ years experience in SaaS or other software related B2B sales roles 

● Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software 

● A track record of success 

● The ability to travel 

● A strong desire to build a career in software sales

Compensation: 

This is a sales position with a base plus commission structure that is competitive to the market. There will be accelerators for overachievement and no cap on commissions.
