We’re looking for candidates willing to go above and beyond to deliver the results, service and experience customers have come to expect from Arrive. What You’ll Do

Oversee a team of new carrier sales reps to strategically develop their relationships with existing and prospective carriers who specialize in inbound and outbound Canadian shipments.
Set expectations for your team and ensure each rep is meeting/exceeding their metrics goals through coaching and incentives.
Key stakeholder to grow our Canadian Carrier Network & grow our Canadian mode. Insure the Canadian Carrier Team is executing to their monthly KPIs and OKRs
Develop and possess unique Market Knowledge of Canadian freight markets.
Collaborate with Business Development Leadership & Stakeholders as well as our pricing team to acquire new business opportunities.
Become an expert in the Arrive business model, our competitive advantages, and our proprietary software.
Bring energy, intensity, and a win-the-day attitude to the sales floor!

Qualifications

3-4+ years of 3PL experience with a focus on Carrier Sales
High performance in current role or previous experience with Carrier Sales, Leadership & Canadian Cross Border
Passport & flexibility to travel to Canada
Proven ability to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy sales team.
Dynamic leader with a bold presence and contagious attitude!
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with management and peers alike.
Working knowledge of GSuite & Excel.
Desire to develop the next generation of freight brokers!

Building future success through a hands-on approach

When it comes to Seiji Osawa’s journey at Arrive, one factor has continuously fueled his growth: transparency. “At every point in my career, I was given the opportunity to expand my comfort zone and innovate new initiatives,” he said. By learning from his manager what it meant to build client relationships through boots-on-the-ground fundamentals, Osawa has been able to teach those same essential hands-on skills as he has risen through the ranks. “That is why I am in the seat I am today, to build a framework for teams that can elevate Arrive to its next billion, and beyond!”

Charting the course to innovation

Ashley Menger is working on building a journey map of all of the people, software and business processes from lead generation to payment. “It’s a map I wish I had when I started — I slowly gained this information over time, but needed a way to pass it on to my team,” she said. Being able to better identify efficiencies in their data grants her department the additional time to host an annual Hack Week, where employees stop all sprint work and tackle projects that will impact workflow. “The more we know about current and future strategy, the more our designs can deliver in the present.”

We support a shadowing program where any designer can spend an hour per week with someone in our logistics operations, watching how they use the software and learning more about their daily tasks.

Unlocking employee potential through continuous learning

When she isn’t leading an in-depth training experience or teaching new hires the complexities of being a broker, Mach is most likely praising Arrive’s dynamic to her friends. “There are so many opportunities to shape the culture,” she said. One way is supporting co-workers through the Women in Logistics ERG. “It’s something that gives exposure to minorities in the transportation industry, and shows them how they can grow in a space where they might not see many people like them.” To Mach, helping unlock every employee’s potential is embedded in Arrive’s culture of learning.
