Tiger Pistol is an innovative social advertising technology company (we have built a SaaS platform for the automation of social advertising) experiencing explosive global growth. In support of that growth, we are looking to hire Client Managers in our Austin, TX office.  Client Managers (CM) are responsible for strategically leading and managing growth of assigned client business in one of our client verticals. The CM is responsible working with a cross functional management of a team of social advertising specialists in delivering results for the client, their brokerages, and agents. The Client Manager works directly with clients to ensure client retention, satisfaction, results, and overall program growth across their assigned client portfolio. The CM will be responsible for managing and growing contracted partners within the our client's portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of strong client management, project management, and digital marketing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Form deep and enduring relationships with senior decision makers at clients, serving as a trusted advisor to their business and demonstrating ongoing value by driving client outcomes
  • Maintain consistent communication with the assigned portfolio of clients and execute client requests
  • Problem solve and operationalize issues raised by clients and end users
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential risks for each individual client
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and teams, such as Product & Engineering, Operations, Client Solutions and Marketing, to ensure service is delivered
  • Develop a clear understanding of the vertical industry to which you are assigned, social advertising, product and go-to-market strategy to better advise the client on their social ad offering leveraging our client's platform
  • Monitor client metrics/SLAs and conduct regular reporting meetings with each client
  • Meet or exceed the business development revenue goals set by the company on a quarterly basis by actively up-selling and cross-selling our client's offerings.
  • Take ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investments.
  • Professionally represent our client as an ambassador and thought leader at external events and meetings
  • Actively contribute to our client's team culture

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about digital marketing and social media trends and tools, with an emphasis on social advertising
  • A strong balance of relationship management, project management, and digital marketing expertise
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client and their industry; including business initiatives, industry trends, competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics.
  • Process and detail oriented
  • Add strategic value to the relationship and grow from initial opportunities to multi-year relationships
  • Able to excel at juggling multiple clients, projects, and timelines at once
  • Comfortable collaborating with a team and working autonomously on projects
  • Strong sales, writing, negotiation and presentation skills: Ability to architect, write, and negotiate complex Statements of Work.
  • Clearly and convincingly articulate strategy, social advertising, technology strategies to the executive level.
  • Experience in real estate is a bonus, but not required.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Client Management
  • Minimum 3 years in Social Media Marketing, with a focus on Social Media Advertising
  • Minimum 3 years in Project Management
  • Familiarity with managing technology and/or SaaS partnerships
  • Strong process definition and implementation experience
  • Some Travel Required
