Customer Account Executive

The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
As a Customer Account Executive, you will work closely with Khoros customers, helping them understand the value of our platform. You’ll have success in this role by understanding the customer’s definition of business value and challenging them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. In short: you’ll inspire some of the world’s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Driving cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within your territory
- Collaborating with your Khoros team to achieve successful customer outcomes
- Developing your social profile and reach as a successful modern seller
- Delivering predictable performance and results
- Crushing your quota!
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant sales or account management experience
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Experience in modern prospecting and account development techniques
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
This role is budgeted in the $140,000 - $180,000 OTE range. Salary will ultimately be based on a candidate’s experience and external market factors.
