Director of Channel Development

 

Who You Are:

Invicti, a global leader in web security, is looking for a Director of Channel Development to join our growing team. 

As the Director of Channel Development, you cultivate strategic relationships with Invicti’s top partners. In this role, you will be a key contributor to Invicti’s revenue growth by executing Invicti’s go-to-market channel strategy and facilitate the growth of partner capacities needed to support all of our business units.

You carry demonstrated channel sales leadership experience, as you’ve been able to edify top-tier channel sales teams and high impact partner programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Governing the execution of Invicti’s channel go-to-market strategy with a goal of supporting sales growth across all business units within Invicti’s family of companies
  • Cultivating strategic relationships with Invicti’s top partners at Director+ levels
  • Providing continual leadership, motivation, supervision, and direction toward Invicti’s strategy to a top tier channel sales team
  • Driving the growth of Invicti’s partner capacity within North and South America
  • Spearheading the enablement of Invicti’s distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
  • Developing and communicating “solution stacks”, new business value propositions, and sales tactics to assist strategic partners selling Invicti’s solutions
  • Heading the planning and execution of lead generation activities with partners, involving PMM
  • Assigning revenue and certification targets
  • Leading territory planning in order to identify gaps in partner requirements within each assigned region

 What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience within cybersecurity or network security sales
  • 5+ years of experience managing a channel team
  • Successful dealings with global VAR, SI, MSP, and Service Partners
  • Proven track record leading high impact partner programs
  • College or university degree preferred

 This is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
