The Role:

TrendKite is looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Revenue Operations. The Director of Sales Operations will lead and guide an operations team to build and manage a world-class B2B SaaS Sales Operations practice. This position will report to the SVP of Customer and Revenue Operations.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, optimize and manage innovative, scalable Sales Operations processes and workflows. 
  • Work with the company's senior leadership team to gather key operations and process requirements
  • Deploy processes and workflows and ensure process compliance from sales managers and sales team members 
  • Coach and lead a team of operations personnel
  • Be the Salesforce Guru of TrendKite

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • Build and manage Sales Operations teams at $100M+ ARR B2B SaaS companies
  • Embody High Performance leadership values
  • Data driven decision maker
  • Prioritize and make key decisions in CRM design and operations
  • Handle change and complexity with ease
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Influence teams and managers company wide
  • Solid understanding and expertise in Sales Pipeline and Forecasting models, configuration, implementation, analysis and reporting
  • Sales compensation configuration and reporting 
  • Managing a deal desk
  • Contract management
  • Operations support that would require staffing/supporting hours beyond regular business hours on closing days
  • Microsoft Excel Expert
  • Expertise in Salesforce Automation, Process Builder, Workflows
  • Resident Salesforce Subject Matter Expert

Bonus if you have:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • SQL and programming experience
  • Database modeling
  • Data Warehouse - RedShift
  • BI Tools - Periscope, Tableau, Mode Analytics
  • Salesforce APEX knowledge and experience
  • Xactly, SpringCM
  • Marketing Automation software - HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua
  • Marketing Analytics
  • FP&A background
