We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized eCommerce Coordinator to support the

eCommerce team in our Austin office. The eCommerce Coordinator will support the team’s needs to

ensure we hit our buying and sales targets. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and

knowledge of organization and backend processes including purchase order processing, order

tracking and 3-point invoice approval processes. Experience with international shipping, import and

export processes strongly preferred. The candidate would also have a proven track record of related

experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order creation and distribution to vendors
  • Creating ASN, confirming packaging and delivery requirements to ensure compliance with warehouse policies
  • Process daily inventory receiving and landed costs updates
  • SKU creation and setup through all systems, including weight, dimension, landed cost and MSRP
  • Manage and maintain release calendar in conjunction with merchandisers
  • Serve as contact point between vendors and accounting regarding payments, invoices and quantity and/or return issues
  • Vendor invoice processing, including new vendor setup documentation, 3-point approval documents and timely submission to accounting for payment
  • Responsible for order tracking from PO to delivery
  • Assist with importing, exporting and shipping coordination
  • Research product sources as requested by merchandisers, sample requests and follow-up
  • Assist with inventory maintenance, and warehouse transfers
  • Experience with inventory management and replenishment a plus
  • Assist with sales order processing for wholesale customers
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting as directed to provide sell-thru and margin results to merchandisers and management team
  • Be the glue that holds the eCommerce department together in full support of merchandisers, operations and interdepartmental communications to provide for an infrastructure that allows the eCommerce department to hit and exceed goals.

Qualificiations:

  • 1-3 years retail or eCommerce work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Interest in eCommerce and merchandise buying
  • Enjoys paperwork processing and has a passion for organization
  • Heavy attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, must be strong Excel user, NetSuite or other ERP experience
  • Possess an eagerness to learn and demonstrate a proactive yet adaptable/flexible approach
