The opportunity

Unity’s Accelerate Solutions team works across Unity’s technology to deliver solutions to customers across a wide variety of industries including Games development, Media & Entertainment, Auto and AEC. Our Engagement Managers are crucial to the growth of our business and play a meaningful role in growing our practice! You will have ownership of our customers experience from pre-sales to launch, while driving qualification and SOW creation.

This is a generalist role with an emphasis on solution sales, and you will also help plan the customer’s delivery approach and point of contact during delivery. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the customers goals are achieved.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers based on credibility and trust
• Take the lead in requirements assembling, project planning, proposal and SOW creation
• Coordinate with the delivery team to support prioritization and budgeting for the engagement
• Support incoming opportunities and forecasting
• Service excellence; ensure projects are delivered on time to budget and meet or exceed customer expectations

What we're looking for

• Project and account management experience; PMP and scrum certifications preferred
• Ability to operate in a co-sell model: participate, and establish relationships with Account Executives and Program Managers
• Technical and cognitive ability to strategically plan engagements
• A collaborative and self-starter mentality; able to be responsible for your business while also working well within the team
• Strong background of selling services/solutions in a range of sectors
