Job Description
As a Enterprise Sales Director, you will:
Be an individual contributor to prospect, qualify, sell, negotiate and close large accounts
Develop and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with an account based marketing strategy focusing on a set of target accounts
Forecast and achieve quarterly targets, sales plans, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
Weekly sales meeting where you review your funnel and strategize on how to close specific deals
Foster lasting relationships with a client base with high likeliness to renewal annual contracts
Drive the consistent and accurate use of sales automation utilities
Present information regarding clients and sales at company and senior team meetings
Able to create, document, and deploy an efficient and repeatable process that increases revenue per lead and includes sales playbooks, training, and general sales enablement support
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead nurturing, outbound marketing, and other campaigns to support sales efforts
Collaborate with operations to strategize, onboard and execute SLAs
Comfortable selling in person to large enterprise organizations
Qualifications:
5+ years experience of consultative selling to high growth revenue targets
Strategic, data-driven, process and detail-oriented
Strong understanding of B2B tech marketing, understanding of Supply Chain/Logistics a plus
Demonstrates solid motivational and leadership skills
Has a track record of strong internal communications and departmental collaboration
Maintains a professional but confident and outgoing demeanor
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire others
Travel as needed to national base of clients, ~33% of the time
The Director of Enterprise Sales will report to the VP of Corporate Development with line of sight from the CEO. This position is based out of Austin, Texas.
