Event & Sales Operations Associate

Our mission is to reduce emergency response times and increase situational awareness for first responders. Our cloud-based emergency dispatch platform & 911 analytics software is the future of emergency response. We’re replacing dinosaurs and their legacy on-premise solutions that are expensive and hard to deploy, don’t scale, and are years behind in terms of features & interfaces. In the last 6 months, we’ve signed major customers and have increased our recurring revenue more than tenfold. In this new stage of growth, we’re looking for passionate, dedicated team members who will play a critical part in building the foundation of our team.

What you’ll be doing at RapidDeploy:
Event & Conference Planning and Coordination
- Proactively identify, in collaboration with the Sales team and RapidDeploy leadership, international, national, and local events for RapidDeploy participation and/or sponsorship.
- Increase RapidDeploy engagement and Brand Awareness at Conferences by ensuring speaking engagement submissions and Call for Papers are submitted on time; with a high standard of excellence.
- Work with Account Management team and Chief Operating Officer to determine and secure event sponsorships.
- Manage conference staffing, scheduling, and register RapidDeploy employees for relevant conferences and events.
- Manage booth setup & logistics, and act as the lead onsite contact for RapidDeploy throughout the event.
- Coordinate travel for staff members attending the conference.
- Prepare briefing packs and documentation for event.
- Communicate the event execution plan and team member expectations to Account Management and Customer Success teams, as well as external venue partners.
- Conduct event-after action meetings, and ensure proper event follow-up.
- Assume ownership of inventory management of all sales and event materials, and keep inventory of all RapidDeploy assets.
Sales Operations
- Manage Hubspot CRM, and monitor data quality and ensure data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales business processes, and streamline workflows in Hubspot CRM
- Conduct sales pre-qualifications calls, under the guidance of the Sales Operations Associate, to understand needs of potential clients and hand-off to Account Managers
- Conduct product demos, both remotely, and at trade shows, of RapidDeploy products, and represent RapidDeploy products professionally.
Required Skills:
