ROLE REQUIREMENTS
10-15 years of relevant experience across partner sales, direct sales, and business development / alliances
5+ years working with partners in a technical or sales capacity
5+ years experience in the security and/or SaaS markets highly preferred
5+ years of Sales Leadership experience
Experience or ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment
Track record of carrying and achieving assigned quota
Approximately 30% of travel time required
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of 8 Security Partner Managers in the Americas
Responsible for Resale sales across all market segments
Responsible for scaling the business through Cisco’s channel organizations
Own and deliver a weekly forecast
Manage the business and the team to a sales goal and own the quota
Build, evangelize, and execute the Duo partner strategy across both Duo and Cisco
Be an ambassador and represent Duo in relevant events, public speaking opportunities, and other customer/partner forums as required
Capture and communicate market intelligence, best practices and partner feedback
Build strong alignment with strategic business partners including Systems Engineering, Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, and the BU
Qualifications
Excellent communications and highly developed interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization
Strong relationship building skills and business acumen
Strong writing and presentation skills
Committed to delivering outstanding customer and partner service and driving our partners’ and customers’ business success
Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
Creative thinking and risk taking
Bachelor equivalent or equivalent work experience mandatory
