Our Sales team shares Dropbox Business with customers around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. Within Industry Solutions, we’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on the success of our customers by applying our deep industry and ecosystem expertise towards understand what businesses and employees need to work better together.
This position is responsible for driving the adoption of Dropbox-based solutions in multiple vertical industries. You will also be responsible for ecosystem/partner solution sales strategy/evangelism and business planning. These responsibilities will span solution design, partner enablement, sales enablement and go-to-market execution. You will work closely with Sales, Value Management, Product Development, Product Marketing and Alliance Partners to design, deliver and execute on our solution sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- You will share your expertise by collaborating across Dropbox and our technical alliance partners to help solve tangible customer problems by helping to lead the design, build and go-to-market of compelling solutions
- Develop consultative and trusted advisor relationships with key partners; discovering and identifying issues and opportunities; using analytics and business insights to develop compelling business case and value proposition
- Develop a compelling vision, market messaging including key messaging, solution presentations, sales kits, and thought leadership collateral in order to drive adoption of Dropbox with customers and partners
- Promote a strong and collaborative relationship with the Dropbox product management and partner product development teams
- Enable sales teams through training and supporting on presentation and positioning of Dropbox industry strategies, solutions and messages
- You will be responsible to support strategic customer engagements and deliver industry presentations representing Dropbox both directly and with partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a major company in the end user/collaboration software industry (SaaS preferred) with a primary focus on customer-centric solutions architecture and design.
- Mastery of technical processes and solutions, specifically around SaaS, PaaS (and IaaS)
- Strong ability to effectively communicate with all parties, including customer executives, internal cross-functional teams and partners
- Ability to fully understand Dropbox’s corporate and industry solution messaging; ability to build executive presentations and skillfully present to internal and external audiences
- Use your interpersonal and collaboration skills motivate, engage and ensure dedication from key partners
- Time management skills – ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize under tight deadlines
- BA/BS/MBA degree in related field
