We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to further fuel our company growth. This position will be based in our Austin, TX office and will report directly to Sales Director. 

Team

Our high-impact demo-led sales model means that you spend time talking to customers who have already entered their credit card details and are currently in a 30-day free trial. We sell as a team teaching and learning every day. Management will help you further define your sales approach, demo, and follow-up processes to ensure you can easily identify your customer's pain points and show how our software makes their lives infinitely easier! Job Role

A large part of the role will be running “product demos” each day to engage, convert and upsell new customers. You will come with a proven track record of sales and account management of SaaS or software products and a passion for sales and building relationships with customers.   

Key Responsibilities

  • Building & maintaining a pipeline of business with targeted segments
  • Driving business, plus meeting or exceeding quota goals
  • Selling annual contracts & expanding existing user base through upsells and cross sells
  • Qualifying and scoring leads
  • Demonstrating the value of our product via demos, emails, calls, etc.
  • Directly connecting with customers by phone 30-40 times a day
  • Learning the project management software market & industry trends
  • Reporting on metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver new sales collateral, develop A/B tests, create customer communications, and share best practices

Experience

  • 1-3 years inside sales experience
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Transactional sales experience preferred

Skills

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with online software, CRMs, business collaboration
  • Strategic and able to analyze data to make decisions
  • Honest, upfront and a team player
