WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and expanding Lender partner relationships and will have responsibility for a partner recruitment and sales pipeline.

You are skilled at building and developing relationships. You are a natural connector that has experience identifying high-potential partners and facilitating a mutually beneficial partnership. You have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS companies and partnership programs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with our existing partners
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, manage and expand successful partners and partnerships
  • Expertly articulate our customer and partner value proposition
  • Work directly with partners to uncover qualified sales opportunities, align partner reps with the Qualia sales team, and facilitate a smooth sales process through close
  • Generate demand among prospects in collaboration with our partners
  • Ensure partner compliance with the Qualia Partner Program and any associated contracts

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 1 to 3 years experience growing sales through channel partner relationships in a B2B software/SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and revenue goals
  • Experience enabling and aligning channel partners through demand generation and the sales cycle
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
  • Verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer success and product
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, GSuite preferred
