The Sales Administrator gives clerical support to the sales team. They perform a number of duties which require exceptional organization skills and knowledge of customer service best practices.
How you'll add value:
- Plan sales events, such as quarterly trainings, the annual sales summit, off-site management meetings, and team building
- Make all sales related travel arrangements and track them alongside the travel budget
- Maintain the Sales Organizational Chart and make updates when necessary
- Order sales related catering
- Order sales related supplies (Winning by Design materials, SDR notepads, etc.)
- Ship sales related materials
- Purchase gifts- recognition/ awards, referral gifts for customers, get well/sympathy
- Coordinate sales meetings and trainings
- Send customer and staff surveys and submit results to management
- Assist with entering new sale billings as needed
- Perform other sales related tasks when requested
- Recommend process improvements
- Reroute communications to appropriate parties
- Support ASRs for Harvest deals- create Harvest opportunities in Salesforce, create and send the ASR for signature, and notify Support once everything is ready for them to proceed with their setup
- Act as an assistant to the VP of Sales
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 1-2 years of work experience: SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Results-driven with exemplary phone, listening and writing skills
- High organized with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication
- Flexible- we’re moving fast, so the ability to constantly adapt to new conditions is a must
