Sales Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Analyze performance data and produce metrics to proactively identify and assess leading and lagging indicators of Sales team productivity
- Closely monitor new hire ramp time, assess productivity to plan, and identify ways to accelerate
- Communicate insights and partner closely with sales managers to develop plans to address skill and process gaps
- Own administration of and training for key Sales systems (Gong.io, Outreach) and perform analysis on data to identify trends
- Work in partnership with Learning and Development and Sales Trainer to develop and deliver relevant sales training materials to assist with new/ongoing programs
- Drive operational excellence through Deal Desk, ensuring adherence to best practices and codifying key takeaways for Sales managers
- Manage content for weekly Sales trainings, highlighting success stories, best practices, and process improvements for ongoing development of Sales organization
- Coordinate the monthly Sales recognition meeting and produce supporting performance metrics
- Partner with the Sales Leadership to organize and run the annual Social Solutions Sales Kickoff
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably on a Sales Operations team
- Strong MS Office skills required: high level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Experience using Gong.io and Outreach preferred
- Experience using Salesforce.com preferred
- Tech-savvy and passionate about learning new tools, systems, and processes
- Collaborative working style and commitment to team objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data independently and quickly identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work products
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence
- Strong sense of urgency, including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities
