Sales Development Representative
Justuno Inc. (founded 2011,) is an industry-leading SaaS platform used by thousands of customers all over the world including NBC, Forbes, and Patagonia. The company has doubled in revenue year over year, and we are now looking to build our first outbound sales team to take our revenue growth to the next level. We seek motivated sales professionals to take on key roles, drive growth and grow into more senior positions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join asap. Your primary responsibilities will be to qualify these leads and get them on the phone for our Account Execs (AE) while also helping establish SDR processes for future hires. If you are are successful in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles including Lead SDR, Management or AE.
This position offers the opportunity for you to gain broad experience in various aspects of SaaS/marketing software sales with one of the most successful technology providers in the industry while also gaining exposure to many types of companies from all over the world. Your potential clients will be founders, digital marketers, CMOs, and CEOs, primarily in the ecommerce and B2B spaces.
Who You Are:
- At last 1-2 years of SDR experience in the SaaS space
- Experience in the eCommerce space a plus
- Experience with high velocity, transactional sales cycles a plus
- Team player and self-motivator
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Hungry, persistent and ready to hustle
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
- Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
- Crush your goals and have fun while doing it!
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Qualify (calls and emails) leads to identify sales opportunities and set up meetings for AEs
- Pipeline Management & CRM entry
- Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts
- Collaborate and strategize with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships Team and Sales Manager
Pay:
$40,000 Base + uncapped commission. $50K On Target Earnings (OTE.)
