The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for creating and qualifying leads for our Enterprise Sales team. In this position you will be making outbound contact with prospective customers to initiate the sales cycle and schedule meetings for the sales team. This role requires an energetic, motivated and organized individual to research and understand the marketplace and support our campaigns in designated vertical markets. This role is designed for those who are interested in progressing their careers in sales. Our successful SDR’s aren’t afraid to dive in, reach out, and get things done!


Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Effectively manage campaigns
  • Outbound contact with prospective customers
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads
  • Work with sales organization to help schedule meetings
  • Build quality pipeline
  • Stay engaged with and nurture your deals
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, and products

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum one year sales experience preferred
  • Passionate about sales and customer experience
  • Positive, persistent and competitive
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn standard business practices related to Sales processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, reporting, forecasting, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with an exceptionally strong work ethic that allows the candidate to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced work environment with little day-to-day supervision and guidance.
  • Salesforce.com experience a bonus (not required)

Our office is located less than two miles from Austin's famous Pennybacker Bridge on Capital of Texas Hwy with amazing views of the hills of Austin.
