Sales Development Representative

Job Summary
This is a fast paced, outbound prospecting position focused on generating a high volume of qualified conversations, meetings, and leads. This is a large enterprise sale of vital and large-scale software solutions to medium and large businesses with technical buyers. The SDR will focus solely on setting the initial, qualified meetings with the right target profile. Prospects who are good fits for Trustgrid are well-defined in terms of prospect profile and personas within the enterprise sales cycle. Our value proposition is highly targeted to serve this profile and the right prospects want to learn more. We have a well-developed sales process, with a high degree of clarity on the buy cycle and stakeholders. This is a full time, salaried position with benefits located in Austin, Texas
Primary responsibilities
- Outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channel prospecting at a consistently high volume
- Generate a high volume of qualified leads, conversations, and meetings with key buyer stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing to drive marketing and sales qualified leads through account based and partner marketing strategies
- Drive a top of funnel sales outreach and engagement process using salesforce.com and other tools
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Unrelenting, high-energy, outbound prospecting skills and the will to drive a consistently high level of activity to generate meetings and qualified leads
- 3-5+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in similar roles and in a similar sale type
- Creative problem-solving skills and an inquisitive nature
- The ability to understand basic technical underpinnings and engage with and qualify technical buyers
- Persistence, determination, and a sense of urgency
- “HPI” - hustle, passion, and intensity in executing and honing your craft as a professional salesperson
- High level of organizational ability and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated drive to make things happen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
